I read that excerpt and found it to be riveting. As a long time industry guy with access to the pits and gossip in the mechanic's area, I heard a lot of that stuff that was happening to McGrath in 1997 but never got the full story. After reading that I have a lot more respect for Jeremy as a racer and I appreciate his inside view of the sport. I hope it sells like hotcakes and all these wide eyed kids read it and realize that supercross isn't such an innocent sport and is more like football and basketball than people want to admit.
McGrath's book is like a tour of the "sausage factory" of supercross. I can't wait to read the rest of the book. Does anybody know where the book will be for sale? I'd like to stock them at my bike shop.
