I have a 1991 Suzuki RMX250 that I am rebuilding for a friend. After the new topend, reeds, etc. the bike would not start. I went through everything I could think of. I found that there was no spark, the bike sparked fine before the rebuild. I took off the flywheel/stator cover, and to my suprise it was full of gas. I assume this was from the gas tank leaking and the lack of a real gasket. I cleaned it off with carb cleaner and compressed air and it still won't spark. All of the connections are good that I can tell and I have a fresh plug, still no spark. What else should I try?
