I have been having a problem with my woodfuff key shearing on my '88 RM 250.. Its sheared 3 times in 3 easy 15 minute rides.. Have any of you had this problem before, or have any suggestions? Crank bearing?? Woodruff key seat?? Thanks.
Glad to hear it Stew. I was going to reccomend that you check that but you got it. That foolish washer keeps everything tight. Even a quarter turn off that nut will cause play and there goes another woodruff key.
