WORCS 2002 Schedule

I just wanted to let everyone know the 2002 WORCS schedule is out. If you get a chance to make some of these races please do so, they are a blast. If you are not into racing just come and watch how the pros do it. www.worcsracing.com

How do they run these races? Do the pros race one day and everyone else on another? Same course for everyone?

The race will be part motoX and part woods or desert depending on where the race is. The course can vary from 5 to 8 miles long. Amatures will race for 75 min and race on Sat. Pro's will usually race with the Amatures on sat. to get a look at the course, but their REAL race is on Sunday and it is 2hrs. I think if you look at the website I posted above you will find a lot more info. than I can possibly post here. It is very similar to a GNCC & great for spectators. Hope to see you there.

I had the opportunity to go to the Roseburg, OR WORCS race. It was way cool.

I was not riding, trying to recover from a hand injury, but definitely plan to ride next year. The course looked outstanding. I was creating a mudhole from drooling so hard!!!!!

Shane Watts is incredible fast and smooth. Rodney Smith came back to fifth after a dead last start!! And all the other fast guys are cool to watch.

Perfect conditions too. The weather was cool and moist up until the Pro race then the sun came out, the track dried just enough for traction I think. Great day!

I will be there next May!!!
