WV Hatfield/McCoy riding area

Does anyone have any experience with this trail system?

My son and I and will be there Aug 18th & 19th.
We mostly ride in Southern Tier of Western NY or NW end of Pa.
We may not be fast but we can make it through most things...
I am looking for suggestions of hotels/motels close to trail heads and what trails you liked best or worst.
Its a long drive for us. I am hoping to make the best of the 2 days of riding.
