I got the Yamaha/ Kaw 125 running the other night . it looked real good . We rode a sandy bumpy track with lots of whooped slow corners and corners pulling up hills .The thing rocks it seems to run real good down low but also lots of overrev . Were gonna try some different reeds and maybe some pipes on the next outing. Its a 03 KX125 with a 01 YZ125 top end we had to add like 6mms to the powervalve linkage to get the right angles and tailor base gasket for height but not a big deal .Pipe works and top motor mount squeezes in also. No dyno yet just butt dyno. Might try a 99 style 144 YZ kit on this bike . It looks like the YZ cyl inner O ring is wider than the Kaws Ive heard of 58mm Kaws but have inly seen 56mm piston in Kaws . It seems like no room between cyl bore and Oring . Yam cyl seems to have more room . Pics to come
