Ya, it'll be fine for the 65 mile enduro, just don't sit on the seat.

Ace Welder and Metallurgist Becker attributed the cracked weld to "... improper use of flux-core rods, hyper-oxygenated tungsten inert gases, or JB weld that had exceeded its intended shelf-life"
