yz 250 1999 help !

hi everybody,

i´m having all kinds of trouble jetting a 1999 yz 250, can´t find a manual and i would like to ask if anybody have a service manual and can look up for the data i need.

the two specific items i need to know is how many turns out for the idle knob (not air screw) and the recommended float level height

Look in the carb throat and adjust the stop screw so that there is about 2mm slide opening. Most floats should be set so that they are parallel with the bowl mating surface (to be horizontal with the body of the carb) right when they seat the needle.

After 6 months with no answer, I figure he either found an answer somewhere else or gave up.
