I have a yz250 03 which has never cornered well. seems to push at the front and end up drifting wide. had a go on my sons yz125 05 and it cornered miles better. Just wondering how others find their yz250.
Are the forks to stiff? Do you have to much air in the front tire? Are you possisioning your self right for a corner on the bike? Are you appling only rear brakes entering the corner?, using the front brakes just enough will help in sticking the corner.
I ve fitted softer fork springs which helped.12psi in tyres, tried less also. Up front for corner. I,ll try keeping front brake on slightly into the corner. Dont feel confident leaning the bike over feels like it will push
Is the sag set?Have you ever adjusted the compression on the forks?Have you tried 15psi in the tires?What kind of tire,and condition?What kind of soil?
