yz450f carb help

i just bought a 03yz450f and when you put gas in the tank it will just drain out the bottom of the carb. any ideas? cheap fix?

is your drain bolt on the bottom of the carb tightened or even there? (if there is one). Float levels?

i'm thinking it's the floats because it will just drain the whole tank if i let it sit.

If the drain cap on the bottom of the float bowl is sealing correctly, it is most likely sediment in the float needle or a bad float needle. When you reassemble the carb, check the float level also.

adjusting the float level, if i just bend the tab in twords the float valve that should push it to seal properly? is there any other reason it would be leaking from the bottom overflow tube? i just took apart and reasembled the float/valve and it is still leaking
