Posting for my nephew.

He's got a '94 KDX200. Its all stock, and seems to run pretty good. I've only taken a quick spin on it so I can't say for sure, but he doesn't have any complaints. Pretty sure its stock jetting, but wont know for sure until we pull the carb apart.

He just ordered a Pro-Circuit Platinum pipe & PC silencer. Also thinking about pulling the top of the airbox, it looks pretty restrictive.

Any tips for baseline jetting after these mods?

We ride mostly under 5000ft elevation, mild temps & humidity in Oregon.

Thanks!!!

heres what my wife runs , 94 kdx 200 , pro-circuit pipe, fmf power core 2 sa , air box cover cut out , twin air filter . 38 pilot jet , needle in the second clip and a 152 main , 155 main.
We also live in oregon and this works well , you will have to just test and go from there .
