The stock jetting will be good enough to go trail riding. From there you need to decide where to tune to improve it.
Use a consistant gas & oil mix (like 32:1 or 40:1) with premium gas and a good oil, and then play with your jetting if you need to. And you can base that on "silencer spooge" and how crisp it is at part throttle and how clean it runs at mid and top end.
