2002 KX125 Gas soaked plugs?

2002 KX125 Wet-Fouling

I keep fouling plugs, so listen to this I put a new plug in and it starts first kick, but if i dont give it gas it stalls out when it idles and wont start again and fouls the plug. When i take the plug out its soaked? whats the problem here? Do I have to jet or can I just make an adjustment on the air and idle screws?

I put new gas in and a new air filter. It seems to idle for a minute now before fouling, before it would just foul right away.


Also I just saw that my radiator hose is cracked would that cause it to stall out because of overheating? How much radiator fluid should be in a 2002 kx125?
