Has anyone purchased/ridden an 05 CR125 yet? My friend is considering one because the dealer is willing to do a great deal so I just wondered what your opinions were?

Cheers!

Yep no 05 2 stk's. Several 04 CR125's to be had though. If you can find one it appears to be a one time opportunity to get a great bike right at 3K.

I'll probably say this wrong but, it has something to do with them not selling enough units to be part of AMA racing.

Th e05 husly has a really stong bottom and mid power(best of all the 125s) and just needs a pipe to wake up the top end, i put up a dyno in the performance section, apart from that its pretty similar to the last few years.

If the 04 is anything to go by it'll be suspended for fairly fast guys doing mx. If you're planning on doing anything else with it a revalve would be in order... Stock, it's harsh as **** for trail riding.

It's a shame if no 05 2ts are coming into the US. My 05 wr250 is kin awesome - pics :)

regarding 05' husky 2-strokes

I heard there is alot of leftover 04' 125 and 250 husky 2-strokes.With alot of people jumping on the 4-stroke bandwagon we pre-mixers get screwed. The 05 wr250 looks sweet!Maybe we'll get achance in 06'.

A bunch of people seem to be very impressed by '04 CR125. Guys are picking up leftovers for $2900-3100 range (if a dealer takes 6 he gets the lower price from Husky US)as second bikes and like them more than they thought they would. I hope Husky bring them back in '06
