Hi everyone, where can I order online a factory service manual for a 2002 KDX220R?, I'm afriad to go to the dealer.

What are you afraid of? The 220 supplement only cost $10. What they don't tell you is you have to buy the 200 manual @ $25 for all the other specs.

Well after being charged $25.00 for the o-ring exhaust gaskets, make me kind of wonder if I got ripped off.

All local bikes shops should be able to get a Clymer manual for you. I imagine their cost will be about as cheap as you ordering it and having to pay UPS charges (+/- $ 25). I would ask a local dealer in your area. These are great books with complete maintenance information in much greater detail than the factory book.
