92 cr250 connecting rod side to side play questions

My cr250 it starting to vibrate too much, i pull out the top end to replace the piston and rings, i notice that the connecting rod have a considerable side to side play, could this be the cause that the bike vibrates more? also its recommenable to replace the connecting rod bearings or the side to side play its normal?
Any advice its welcome.

If the rod moves in and out at all, that's bad. Some side play is necessary/acceptable. Your service manual will list wear limits. Look for connecting rod deflection.

Somebody know what its the service limit for the conn rod big end side clearance? A guy told its a 0.9mm im just want to be sure.
