Advise needed on YZ250

Hey Guys
I have an 04 YZ 250 and am feeling a little crowded on the bike, also handlebar vibration is intense (major arm pump). Any thoughts on changing handlebar position and reducing vibration.

Ever tried barends,They go in the end of your bars and reduce vibs a lot!! Look them up at Dennis kirk!!

I went with an aftermarket top triple clamp - taller (and forward) bar mount for protapers- rubber mount option - scotts damper -
I'm happy with this set up and like you I am sensitive to vibration and wanted my bars up and forward.
worked for me! Downside, it'll cost you a few bucks to do.
P.S. check your engine mounts - if not very snug, you can end up with extra vibration.
