cylinder resleeve

my sons rm 85 needs a bottom end as in this thread

now that i look closer at the cylinder it looks like a scrape inside the wall from the pieces from the bottom coming up threw.

the bike was a 85 bored to a 105 with a sleeve put inside my ? is can i go bigger than a 105 and bore out the sleeve more. the scrape is not bad i can feel it with my fingernail tho :ride: :ride: :ride: thx

hmm not sure if it is magnetic or not. if it is magnetic then it cant be bored?

lol none of the shavings from the bottom stick to the cylinder :blah: :blah: :blah:

Pretty sure Eric at Forward motion can fix it, and plate it, or tell you its junk, and he has a better one! http://www.eric-gorr.com/ If its magnetic, its a sleeve.
