Differences between 1999 and 2000 YZ250 carbs...

I want to get the intake side of a Power Now and they only manufacturer from 2000 and up. I'm wondering what the diffs are between 1999 and 2000 carbs. I'm hoping I can get one for a 2000 and make it fit my 1999 carb.

Do you think the air intake side of the carb is shaped the same or at least similar to the 99. I'm open to modifying it slightly if necessary.
