Do I have bad luck?

I was doing what girls like to do. Went shopping! Ended up at The Gap with Dad to pick up some of the necessities. While looking at a new book pack a big sheet of plywood just fall off of a shelf about eight feet above my head and hit me on the collar bone, neck and hand. It also hit my Dad and scraped his arm and elbow. This was worse than any motorcycle crashes I ever had. Do you think I'm bad luck?:confused:

You aren't bad luck just seem to be in the wrong places at the wrong times:confused: . Where have you been haven't seen you post in awhile- are you still riding your new bike?

Ya could sue...those big pieces of plywood are mighty dangerous.:eek: ;)Well it seems to me something good happens to me then something bad,then something good and then something bad...not very fun.Maybe it's just my imagination.:think

yea you could sue and make one more lawyer rich.but why?
not bad luck wrong place wrong time. if you have losses ie.
doctor bills lost wages Im sure the store will take care of it
if not then and only then see a leech! :think
and your not by no means bad luck! No permanent injuries. No death.
