I'm no expert on the bikes, but I thought the size and the configuration of the RFVC XR200 crankcases was similar to the 'regular' XR200, which I think are also shared with the XL200 and XR & XL185. I would look to those models for a replacement engine (after taking some measurements to ensure compatability).
