You could always add a buck and boost box, this will compensate for low voltage and protect you from overvoltage.

Spray your breakers with WD40 that the best thing to do. :)

Hope the problem is corrected soon. I would check connections in meter socket! Must have good clean tight connections..Everywhere... FiRe HaZaRd :ohmy: ......

I was just talking to a friend about this same thing yesterday and now I see this thread. Seems one of the most common mistakes an electrician make when wiring a house is clamp the wire into the panel box tightly becasue it's the last thing left to do and often just poked in and forgotten.
