Factory Silencer question.

I have Pro Cucuit Pipe and Silencer, on a KX500, no Spark Arrestor. When I bought the bike the guy had the factory silencer as well. Does a factory sliencer also have a spark arrestor on it? I was hoping I could just switch silencers and be legal in the woods! Hopefully the will switch but I don't know if the factory has a spark arrestor on it.
