Help!

Hi, my name is Tom, and i currently own a 91' rmx250 ;and am looking to spend about 600 bux on aftermarket parts, can anyone give a list of the first and best things to put on this beast to beef up the performance.I currently have a fmf exaust and pro-circuit pipe on it, but the pro-circuit pipe hasa whole in it near the head. Please Help!

new tires? suspension rebuild?
v-force or boyesen dual stage reeds, fmf or pro circuit pipe, pwk carb, power valve mod seems to be the most used...

send the cylinder to eric gorr to have it ported also make a huge diference...
