How to run in the engine?

Hi All,

I have a 98 125 WR (it is in fact a road legal YZ) and I don't have a manual , as I can 1) only get it in French (can't read much french!) and 2) the dealers are useless here!

Anyhow I recently did a top engine rebuild and changed the piston and jetting, it runs MUCH better now, though I am yet to take it out on the track/trails. My question is how should I run in the engine?
Whats the best way of doing this?

Start, low idle till heated, shut off till cool. Repeat a couple times. Ride.
