If lubricated, the flywheel could spin on the end of the crankshaft and shear the woodruff key. If this happens, your timing will get thrown off and the bike won't run. Murhpy's Law says it will shear in the middle of nowhere 20 miles from your truck, so if you did put some lube on there, I'd pop the flywheel off and clean it before you ride again.
