I've never ridden Gladwin

Is it decent riding or should I drive the extra 35 minutes to get to the Ambrose Lake area (which I like)

I don't know much about Ambrose Lake, but gladwin is kwad infected, all deep sand, wide and not very long.

In my experience it's been full of quads and whooped out. I'd drive to Ambrose Lake.

There are 2 trails, 1 is sandy and wide and quad friendly, the other is more like a trail, but wider, and not very long, good place for beginers. I would drive up to Geels or further to another trail.

Go Farther north !

Gladwin is the worst trail loop in the state ! Whoops, whoops and more whoops. Not to mention quads everywhere. If you want real single track, no whoops and no opposing traffic, go to New Paris Indiana for the enduro on Nov.2
