Hi,
Anyone else out there who has purchased a James Dean jetting kit for their 200 who can offer any advice.

I followed the instructions for my altitude(basically sea level) which is; Stock pilot#48,Main from kit#165,Red marked needle from kit in the #4 from top position,airscrew about 1 1/2 turns out.This is the recommended starting point,that should be kinda close maybe.
Seemed kinda rich on paper,and rich it was....most oil/spooge over rear fender ive ever had.
I will be going through the various combinations in the kit(red/blue needle and diff clip positions)to try and sort it,but was surprised the recommended set up for me was.....not that good.

By the way;
04 200
fmf rev pipe and silencer
airbox mod
stock carb
40:1 motul

Cheers
