We've only had a a few people break them and it was usually pulling them out of the gear bag and catching the plunger on something and bending it backwards. Either way just call and we'll fix it for you.

they broke while riding, ive had 3 break so far. well actually not while riding, while racing...but thanks ill call.

That's weird, the only ones we had break while wearing them were in very cold weather, but still, we are eventually going to modify the plastic to fix that future problem for skiers. Call and talk to Laura at X201, and tell her you spoke with me and we'll ship the parts out to you right away, sorry about the inconvience red, and let me know if you need anything else in the future.
