kdx 200 clutch help???

I have recentley squeezed a kdx 200 engine into my kmx,once in and connected the clutch felt fine on the lever but when i tried to engage a gear it just stalled, the clutch is doing nothing!! I have tried adjusting it...nothing!!all the pieces are there and in the right order it just wont dissengage. any help would be greatly appreciated. olliedee

Check the clutch basket for "notching". Try a search and you will find loads of info to help troubleshoot your problem.

Reset the lever going into the clutch Case. Remove the cover & go from there
