This forum has a wealth of info. on the RC carb. moded 200's--- it is a bottomless pit!
I am endeavoring to get the most out of the 240. My current engine set up has a PC pipe & silencer, porting, sleeved 240 kit, RAD valves, (going to replace them with delta force II's thanks to Canyncarvr) air box mod, and a 33mm carb.
I was about to pack up my 33mm carb. and send it for the infamous mods at RB designs when a few mates put some doubt in my mind by suggesting a 38mm carb will be much better for the extra spread of power I need. They're basing the need for a larger carb on the extra 40cc. My thinking was the mass air flow/velocity through the 36mm carb would suit the 240........ do I send a 38mm carb to RB for the other mods??
Could we use this thread to compare data for the seemingly few of us out there that have 240's.........engine set up, carbi, jetting, even dyno info would be great.......... thanks, AB
