I dont know if it is a shock or a spring? Its the purple spring looking thing under the seat! The bike is way too soft and I want to buy a new spring. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy the spring? Do they have many different stiffness's? Is there something I should be careful of during installation or in choosing the right spring?
