my front fork is leaking a small amount of oil
its a 99 cr125
whats wrong? is it really bad?

You can try to scrape underneath the seal.

They are the same guys that tell you you need new seals on your fork when they leak but dont tell you all you have to do is wrap masking tape around the legs and cut the end at an angle work it into the fork seal and turn it to remove the trapped dirt.

The best way I have found to clean the dirt out of fork seals is to use a piece of film negative. Just work one end of the negative under the seal, then move around the seal with an outward sweeping motion to pull the dirt out. You would be surprised at how often you can fix a leaking fork seal this way.
