I recently changed the oil (using sprectro) in my 97 cr250 and afterwards noticed that when I lean my bike one way or the other (not standing straight up) that I get oil leaking from inspection hole (about 2 inches to the front from the drain bolt) ( which is uphill) This just started and was wondering is this a sign that some seals and / or gaskets are going bad. The bottom end has never been apart. If the seal / gaskets are going bad, is something that I can repairby splitting the bottom end myself or should I have a pro do it?

That is not an inspection hole, it is a weep hole. Leaking from the weep hole on the crankcase most likely means that the right crank seal is bad.

You also have a weep hole on your water pump cover.
