I would like to lower the oil level on my 03 yz250 forks. Is there an easy way to do this or do you still have to take the caps off to do it.I saw in a issue of mxa were they said you could take the forks off and pour oil out of the air bleed hole but that was on showa forks. I had mx-tech do my forks and there great for supercross stuff but for outdoor or natural terrain type stuff with hack it`s not real good and i`m getting headshake at high speeds.Stock oil level is 135mm and they have it set at 105mm.

forgive me I run showa's- not sure if you can just pull oil out with syringe on those, did you already lower the fork tubes in the clamps those few mm's its supposed to help head shake a little.

I supose you could pour some out the bleed holes, but then you will have no idea of what the oil level is.
Really you should call Jeremy and ask him what to do, It might be as simple as ajusting your sag.
