OK Urgent help needed fellas!!

Hey all.
I need some help or advice on the rear shock for my 1990 kdx is there anyway known a H model kdx rear shock and spring will fit? Im starting to go bonkers trying to find one on **** and other places. mines shot to pieces and not repairable. if anyone has tried or knows i would be greatly appreciated
