please help my 02 cr125 i dont want a 4stroke

i have been racing my 02 cr 125r for 2 years it has fmf fatty shorty combo v force reeds and wiseco piston i keep it well maintained as far as jetting and keeping the topend fresh i plan to send it to eric for porting and head mods but it is also time for a lower end my question is basically will a wiseco lower end( crank and rod ) help at all with my lowend power problems. or any other helpful suggestions i love my 2 stroke and i really don't want to resort to buying a four stroke also any suggestions on a good gearing setup?

I don't know of any performance rods that help with low end they are mostly high end or generally all around your best bet would be a hot rod. and to gear your bike down with maybe a steel 51 or 52 tooth rear sprocket, and I would stay away from the head job and just port and polish it.

have you heard bad things about the head mod? i figured the extra compression would really help getting out of tight cornors

eric can set it up using a taller rm piston i hear, that will reatrd the port timing and give more bottom.
