questions about sign up

i intend to sign kendall and i up for one day. i don't know if she will be medically cleared to ride by then so i will sign us both up as non-riders. we are planning to bring a friend (a minor) whose parents won the auction for a free week at dw that okie donated to a benefit race. the parents can't get the time off so they asked me to bring their kid. how do i go about doing the registration?
