I got the 1998 rm 125, i noticed the top end was pretty crappy the first few days of riding it, then finally i really hammered it today and the power valves opened and it absolutely flew and screamed on the top end. Thats when i realized that the exhaust power valve hadnt been opening, and i REALLY have to wind it up to get them to open, so im thinking they arent adjusted right or something. Anyone tell me how to adjust them properly? It looks to have the same set-up as my old rm had with the 'knob' looking thing with the 2 screws holding it down, so it can be turned one way or the other.
thanks!

Remove the 2 screws and cap. Make sure spring that's inside is lined up in shaft from powervalve........install your cap to have it's notch line up with spring.........turn 1 rotation clockwise......tighten screws.
