I noticed a broken weld on a Scotts stabilizer post and had replaced it with one from another kit which I had not used. I stumbled the across it again when cleaning up the garage. Just for the heck of it, I mailed it back to Scotts with my name, address and phone number; no note. A couple of days later I got a call from Scotts, they asked what kind of bike it was from and said they would sent a new one, updated version, no charge.
A recent crash resulted in a broken clip on my knee brace. I called Asterisk's number with a credit card in hand. The lady took my name and address and sent a repair kit with extras, no credit card needed.
Both companies have excellent products and in my limited experience, excellent product support.
