well, i was gonna soon change the exhaust...i dont have the new pipe yet, but i just wanted to know how to take off the current one.

Does Honda make a service manual for that bike?

I don't have any experience with an xr100. I would assume that you will need to remove the bolt at the top of the silencer and loosen the clamp where the manafold and silencer meet then slide it off. Get a service manual they are a great souce of info and the first thing you should buy for a bike.

ur gonna need a metal crush ring for the exhaust manifold and some liquid gasket sealer to put a little bit on it
