SRC shift and brake pedal savers

Has anyone used these? I know they're supposed to prevent the pedals from being bent outward from catching debris but do they help prevent the pedals from being bent into and contacting the cases like when laying the bike over?

I considered them,and say save your money. Get a good wrap around skid plate and protect the criticle front sides and engine bottom.

Yeah, I agree after seeing some better pictures of them. I already have a skidplate. It's just, with all the rocky technical trail I've been riding lately, I been laying it over more than usual and was looking for some supplemental protection.
