Stock 02 KTM 400EXC rear spring rate?

I just got my suspension back from being worked on and was charged for a new rear spring, yet the spring looks used and I could swear it is the same one I sent them. This one reads on the side PDS2-250.

FYI:

'02 400 E uses a PDS-6 standard. That rate is 7.15~9.05Nm/mm.

PDS-2 = 7.5~9.7Nm/mm, so yeah, it's a heavier rate.
