top end kit for 300EXC

I was wondering who might out there know where to get a good deal on a top end kit for a 02' KTM300EXC? I don't plan on doing it until maybe the end of this summer, I would just like to have it now. I would like to get another OEM forged piston, but I know my dealer will probably charge me over $200 just for the piston. There has to be somebody that sells kits less than the dealer, including gaskets. What about the power valve assy? How hard is it to take apart and clean and reassemble with out a manual? Any info would be appreciated

From everything I've been reading the last 6 months, most likely a piston won't be necessary. I've heard of plenty of people that tear them down after 2 or more years and they only need rings.

I'll be checking my 02 300mxc after the enduro season is over, but don't anticipate having to do a complete top end...

Recreation Unlimted has a Wiseco complete kit for the cheapest I've seen. I think something like 139 with gaskets and everything. Check out their website at www.recreationunlimited.com
