torque specs for a 2002 KTM 300EXC

This fall I'm going to be sending my top end to Eric Gorr, so he can work his magic. The service manuals have been on a 2 month backorder so far, so I need some torque specs for my top end. Cylinder to crankcase and head to cylinder and any special tips I should know about on a KTM. This will be my first top end I'm going to be putting back together with the help of a friend who knows more about it than I do.
