I have a CR500 that i'm currently running with a 60:1 fuel ratio. The owner before me said that was correct for it. I have been seeing alot of people on here talking about 35:1. The bike has been bored and has pro circuit exhaust. Is the 60:1 ratio ok??????

I doubt 60:1 is what Honda would recommened. I think your manual would say 32:1. As far as oil I would use Maxima SuperM. It has worked well for me with no spooge. There are other oils out there but the SuperM works best for me. 32:1 is about the least oil I would run.

I would assume you would run whatever the 2stroke oil manufacturer suggests. I would suggest using Bel Ray MC-1 at 50:1 or Honda oil. I have been told these oils have less tendency to produce carbon biuld up on your exhanst valves. Silkolene caused a heavy amount of carbon on my KX250 when mixed 40:1. If you run a race oil at a very high ration like 50:1 or > you may need to lean you jetting.
