I recently took my forks to a shop to have the seals and oil changed. How often should I do this and could I do it myself? WHat about the rear shock? Should I take the rear shock to a dealer or could I possibly do that myself to? I weigh 150 lbs, should the stock valving and springs be good for my weight on a 99 KX 125?

you can do the forks quite easy, i think one or two special tools are needed for the shock, when you want to do it post back and some one will take you though it.:) maybe do a search or look on the down loads at mx-tech.com

ok, I've looked around and it doesn't look all that bad. Just have been reading a little about fork position. With my TAG bars and triple clamps my forks cannot extent more than 5mm out from the top :(. Also cannot change the rebound without first taking off the bars! Is there a bar raiser kit or something or should I pull the bars back? I'm 6 feet tall.
