Help Which boot to get for most protection and size 6 or 7?

Seems the most high-end boots are not made for women but at least Gaerne SG-10, Fox Motion and Alpinestars Tech 7 seem to have sizes for me. Which one of those would be the best to get? Or is there any others?
Price is not a criteria but safety is. :)
Waterproof option would be a bonus which seems that only Tech 7 has in the desired size.

I would highly recommend the Gaerne. I have the SG-12s and they seem to keep the water out fairly well. Protection is top notch and the quality is a lot better than the ones made in China since they are still made in Italy!
