which model pipe/silencer

I have a 92 YZ250 and Im thinking of getting a new pipe and silencer. I have read all these reviews but one major problem I am running into is that some brands no longer cover a 92YZ ( I think FMF has one type)? Either way... I dont know much about exhaust and I hear that is where your power really comes from so Im looking for some advice on what brand and MODEL I should get for my bike??

Each pipe has different effects on the performance. My kid has a 92 yz125 and we put the Pro Circuit pipe and silencer on it. It made a big difference on all ranges. I know that the Bill's Pipe has the same characteristics as the Pro Circuit model but not sure if they carry one for your bike. The current issue of Dirt Rider has a comparison of all the pipes and their effect on each bike. They use 2002 models but it gives you an idea of where the ranges are.

I've got an FMF Fatty with a Turbine Core silencer/spark arrestor, and on my bike it gives more bottom and mid hit.
