Wr-250f Vibration Questions - Triple Clamps etc

Hi, My dad has a 1001 WR-250f and he is complaining about the vibration transmited to the bars. What kind of triple clamps are available to cure this? Are there bar ends that work/work good with handguards (Acerbis Rally Pro) ??
